This is an awesome song from a criminally overlooked band. I’ve mentioned some of their other stuff on a prior Buried Treasures, but I couldn’t resist going back to the well again. Downward is Heavenward is a must-own album.

Buried Treasures: E. Town Concrete – Doormats

E. Town Concrete was one of those bands I expected to go to another level. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, that never happened. Throughout their career, they had some pretty slamming tracks, and “Doormats” is one of them. Crank it. Enjoy your week.

Interview with Unearth Guitarist Buz McGrath

Unearth just released their fifth album, Darkness in the Light. Buz McGrath, their long-time guitarist joined us in late June to discuss the release, as well as the upcoming Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
