Hit and miss band for me but it’s some dude putting out something he wants to put out. Most do this and put out utter crap but this isn’t bad. I’ll prob warm up to it over time. I did some reading on this guy and he’s had some cool experiences in the biz.

The musicianship here is stellar.

I respect Chris Wyse as a bass player. I never heard of him before this interview but was intrigued because you guys really only speak to people that are meritorious (even if the interviews stray into odd territory). The dude can play. As a bass player myself, I admire what he’s able to do seemingly flawlessly. I won’t go into the tech details because I know most of you don’t care, but he’s an exceptional player. This Owl stuff is hit or miss for me, but I’ll certainly follow him to see what’s he’s up to with the Cult and other things.

Say what we all want – but Otep is Otep. For good or for bad, she’s herself and that’s all we should ask from our artists. I am not a fan in the slightest but she’s the embodiment of all that “metal” so many of “us” speak about.

All Knowing Force actually pulled a decent interview out of Otep until the two magical questions at the end about meat and band members. I was warming up to her about the pet stuff and then it was all back to hate at the end.

AS, The time on the ticket is usually the time doors are opened to the public. If you're looking to get close to the stage, you can usually do so between bands. As an artist leaves the stage, people step outside to smoke, get a drink, go to the bathroom, etc. You'll always be able to get decently close, or within a few people of the stage. As long as you're there when the direct support to Foals leaves the stage, you should be alright. If you want to get there super early, and you're willing to wait a long time for just the right spot, see if you can get up against the stage. If not, venture one floor up and see if you can get a spot along the railing. This way, no one is in front of you, you have something to lean on and you won't sweat. Like any other concert venue, it's always a little hot inside. That's par for the course anywhere. Good luck and enjoy the show.

Hi, I’m going to see Foals next month and I was wondering at
What time you recommend me to be there so I can get somewhere
Close to the stage? And also if the performing starts at 7pm or the doors are open at that time.
And how is the ambient ,is it hot? Because the weather might be cold outside ,I probably take a
Sweater with me and I don’t wanna get burn inside . I hope you can help me
