We at All Knowing Force are thrilled to have spoken with arguably the greatest heavy metal frontman of our generation in Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust. Lajon, or LJ as he likes to be called, really needs no introduction. He’s a dominating presence on stage, fronting a massively respected band that is about to release their ninth studio album, Black Out The Sun, on March 26th.

When I heard that Clint Lowery and Morgan Rose from Sevendust were starting a side project that was going to be a complete rock band, I was pretty excited and very anxious to hear the results. Brian Fair of western Massachusetts’ Shadow Fall rejoined All Knowing Force this past week to discuss the band’s new album, Fire From The Sky. This album, which we have no doubt will be killer, is set for a May 15th release date. Darius also went and saw their tour opener at the Exit/In in Nashville. Check it out!
Darius, Janus, Music Interviews »
About once a year, I hear a new record from a band that is either brand new or that I paid little attention to beforehand and am completely blown away. That’s if I’m lucky. Enter Chicago’s Janus and their new album Nox Aeris. Guitarist Mike Tyranski joined our program where we discussed the band and their newest release, which is a piece of art that gets better with every listen.
Darius, Dark New Day, Music Interviews »
“New Tradition is more than solid; it’s a follow-up record that should make Dark New Day proud and hopefully provide some closure as well, considering their unceremonious departure from Warner Brothers. Most importantly though, the fans of this band should be thrilled to finally hear new Dark New Day music.”
