Bush, Chevelle, Filter Concert Review – 9/28/11 – Grove of Anaheim – Anaheim, CA

Not only was it worth $50, but I think this tour is one of the very best values currently on the road.

Making Fun of Death Metal

One of two things happened after our interview with Marty McCoy of Bobaflex.  Either a bunch of dudes decided to email us and pretend they were death metal-loving women or a bunch of death metal-loving women emailed us.  I don’t know if it’s more pathetic that a bunch of dudes would pretend to be women or if a bunch of women actually enjoy death metal.

Interview with Ville Friman of Insomnium

Melodic death metal, exported from Finland, right here on All Knowing Force. Ville Friman and his band Insomnium’s fifth album, One For Sorrow, will see an October 18th, 2011 United States release on Century Media. The album hasn’t been made available, so I haven’t heard it. Contest: 2 tickets – Bring Me The Horizon – Roseland Ballroom – New York, NY – 9/21/11

Bring Me The Horizon steamroll into the Roseland Ballroom on Wednesday, September 21st with Parkway Drive, Architects and more in tow. We partnered with Live Nation to give one pair of tickets away to this show. Unfortunately, the amount of responses from listeners (71) did not meet the desired minimum (100). We will be working with Live Nation in the future on more giveaways. Unfortunately, it seems our demographic and the Bring Me The Horizon demographic aren’t the same. Thank you to all that replied.

Interview with Marty McCoy of Bobaflex

If a well-structured rock radio show with a defined trajectory is your thing, you might want to skip our recent interview with Marty McCoy of Bobaflex. As show hosts, this was as easy and enjoyable as it gets. We don’t sit around a table and do anything for the “Boom Boom” nor will we ever. Bobaflex fan or not, you’ll enjoy this show. Check out their latest release, Hell in my Heart, available everywhere.

All Knowing Force Official Server Update – Goodbye Yahoo

After a tumultuous two weeks, I made the difficult decision to end All Knowing Force’s multi-year relationship with Yahoo. It came to my attention that Yahoo’s servers do not meet the requirements for the latest version of WordPress. Thank you for your patience while this issue is worked on and put to bed once and for all. (UPDATED)

Nonpoint Concert Review – 8/17/11 – Webster Theater – Hartford, CT

Andrew here. We’re are STILL without power. We’re also dealing with some technical bugs. BUT, let me say, I’m converted. Nonpoint is RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING live. Enjoy Darius’ review.
