Chad Hanks - American Head Charge
American Head Charge is without a doubt one of my favorite bands. Unfortunately, their career has been plagued by trips in and out of rehab. Ironically, the band was spawned from a meeting in rehab. Anyway, “The War of Art” and “The Feeding” are must own albums for any fans of hard rock / industrial / heavy metal. Hopefully, nothing “can stop the machine” and they’ll be making new music for years to come.
Chad Hanks, co-founder and bassist joined us on several occasions over the years, and some of those appearances can be found below. He has always been wonderful to work with and has a brilliant mind for this business and life in general. Also, over the years, I’ve met some wonderful people from these Head Charge interviews, namely Jak, Tabby, Moosey, and was honored to have private conversations with members of Bryan Ottoson’s family. Bryan tragically passed away in 2005 while on tour with the band. I briefly spoke with him in Old Bridge, New Jersey in 2001 or 2002, while the band hooked up with Gravity Kills for a shows. 3rd Strike and Pulse Ultra opened the show. No, Apartment 26 was not on the bill. -Andrew, 2/09
LISTEN – Conducted in February 2006, this hour long interview aired live, immediately following the on-stage firing of drummer Chris Emery.
LISTEN – Chad joined us again in August 2006.
LISTEN – This aired live in March 2007 as Chad joined us to promote their new DVD, Can’t Stop The Machine, and their upcoming tour.

I remember these from years ago. Thank you for posting.
I heard these guys disbanded. Underrated. Ultimate fail.
