– …said he loves playing New York City. Roseland Ballroom is his favorite venue in the city, and likes Hammerstein Ballroom as well. He likes Irving Plaza, but said there are sound ordinances that prevent bands from turning their amps up.

– …said Mike Smith was only in Snot for a little over a month (after Sonny Mayo left to join Amen). Mikey claimed he hated when Smith joined Limp Bizkit and was labeled, “Mike, formerly of Snot,” because of all the calls he received asking him if he joined Limp Bizkit.

– …Sonny Mayo was the driving force behind Invitro getting the Sevendust tour. Mikey claimed “Sevendust is like family.”

– …asked him about Harpos in Detroit. He said it’s a cool place. For those that don’t know, Harpos is in a bad, bad neighborhood.

– …claimed one of their bus drivers stole their bus for four days in New York City. He said the bus driver parked in some hotel and smoked cr*ck the entire time. They fired the driver.

– …(yes, I, Andrew, was eating during the interview)

– …spoke about their (Soulfly – Mikey was in Soulfly too) tour with Static-X that was billed as co-headline, but was really direct support, as Static-X closed all the shows. Mikey said Wayne Static is one of the coolest people he’s met.

– …the Invitro debut record.

– …Walmart’s music selection.

– …(psst…the person I was talking about that was recording a simultaneous multi-continent collaborative record was none other than Mike Patton)

– …said he has great chemistry with the guys in Invitro.

– …spoke briefly about their small West Coast tour with Re:ignition (a short-lived band that featured Steev Esquival and Snake from Skinlab).

– …said Max Cavalera is a great person and uses the term “genius” to describe him. He also says Marc Rizzo is a phenomenal guitar player.

– …rips into Blabbermouth posters who are pessimistic.

– …was away from touring for three years and can’t wait to get back on the road.

– …dealings with Sharon Osbourne about appearing on Ozzfest

– …his thoughts on Ozzfest being free

– …Sevendust
